Justin Bieber has denied that he refused to appear in a male sex scene for an upcoming movie.

Reports had suggested that Bieber had been offered the role of a young pop star in Uber Girl, a "coming-of-age story for millennials". The film has not yet entered production but co-writer Pete O’Neill had reportedly told Page Six that Bieber "won’t take the part unless the sex scene with him and one of the male back-up dancers is taken out of the final script".

The writer went on to say that he is keen to cast singer-actresses Selena Gomez and Ariana Grande in the film, along with Kiernan Shipka (Sally Draper from Mad Men).

However, a representative for Bieber has since told Gossip Cop there’s "no truth" to the story and that talks regarding the star appearing in the film "never happened".
