Fans will recognise child actress Millie Bobby Brown as the slightly creepy, shaven-haired Eleven in the Netflix series Stranger Things.
But before her role in the hit show, the young star looked completely different with long brunette locks.
The 12-year-old – plays a young telekinetic girl Eleven in the new sci-fi thriller – revealed she shaved off her thick hair for the role, much to her parents' annoyance.
"I had very long hair and I cut it all off for the part," said the actress to Vulture.
"I read the script and I was so happy with my character and I thought: 'This is how it's gotta be'. My mom and my grandpa were like, 'No, you can't do that.'
