Gov. Adams Oshiomhole of Edo says he will present the 2016 Appropriation Bill to the House of Assembly on Dec. 14.
This is contained in a letter sent to the house by the governor on Wednesday.
In the letter signed by Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Julius Ihonvbere, & read by the Speaker, Victor Edoroh, the governor explained that the letter was to prepare the minds of the lawmakers
