Dr. (Mrs) Ann Jonathan Obuebite, wife of Bayelsa Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Hon. Jonathan Obuebite, bagged an MSc degree in Petroleum Engineering from London South Bank University.     One is only referred to as a "doctor" if you've earned a PhD. Yo How does one hold a Master's degree and be referred to as a Dr.? Omo, Naija like to dash title anyhow����������
