The 31yr old singer whose real name is Tremaine Neverson purchased the luxurious property for $670K in 2010. He earlier listed it for $1.05million but offers weren't forthcoming so he has lowered his asking price for the fourth time after previous listings of $975K, $900K and $865K.

The 1,626 square feet property which is located in a waterfront high rise building comes with two bedrooms, 24-hour security, valet parking, concierge, pool, fitness center and breathtaking views of Miami. More photos after the cut.
