Following a report by the Anambra State Commissioner for Agriculture, Afam Mbanefo that the state has reached self-sufficiency in rice production, Senator Ben has called on other states to follow suit.
While wondering why states with larger land mass than Anambra are still dependent on Federal allocations, the senator expects other states to learn from the accomplishment and produce their own food.
