Today's breakfast inspiration is veggie scrambled eggs and fried plantain. This is a very easy but satisfying dish anyone can make and it only takes a few minutes to whip up. You can add practically any kind of vegetable to your scrambled eggs; from peppers to mushrooms, tomatoes, and even leafy greens like spinach and pumpkin leaves.Today, I've kept it simple with only a few via IFTTT
