Imo state governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha has started the construction of a brand new prison yard and Police Headquarters in Avu, Owerri west Local Government Area.... The Gov. is geared towards making Imo a modern state, according to reports by his media aides. Prison?Oga Gov go and pay people their salaries and pension.. via IFTTT
