This has to do with the mentality of the poor man versus that of the rich man..one believes that Less is more and the other believes that more is MORE... Why do the rich or middle class have the number of children they can take care of but you see a man that can't afford three square meals, or even a decent accommodation having more Children than they can take care of and then resort via IFTTT
