Billionaire Kidnapper Evans Will Be Arraigned On Friday For Fresh Charges

A high court in Lagos has fixed Friday for the fresh criminal charges filed against Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, suspected billionaire kidnapper better known as Evans.
