The Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has commended the Board and Management of the Niger Delta Development Commission for imbibing a new spirit of collaboration in the development of the Niger Delta region. Governor Ikpeazu spoke when members of the Board and Management of NDDC paid him a courtesy visit at the Government House in Umuahia on Monday.The visiting NDDC team included via IFTTT
