Extreme Marriage Proposal

Some people go the extra mile to fake emergency situations just to spring up proposals that go viral...............How extreme is extreme? I have seen over four videos of men who fake heart attacks before proposing and watched how these women cry out their hearts before they bring out the rings to make their intentions known...........All always done in public! I think this is extreme and via IFTTT
