Chichi's Kitchen makes the best meals...OMG check out Breakfast!!! Today's breakfast inspiration is vegetable egg sauce served with fried yam and plantains. I made the sauce by adding fluted pumpkin (ugu) leaves to my regular egg sauce. Adding pumpkin leaves to your regular egg sauce, gives it an extra oomph while nourishing your body with vitamins like Vit. A, E & B5 and minerals via IFTTT
