The gunman who went on a deadly rampage inside a Bronx hospital Friday was a former doctor there with a criminal past that includes getting busted for a frightening sex attack on a stranger, The Post has learned. Henry Bello, 45, was arrested Aug. 28, 2004, in Manhattan following an incident in which a 23-year-old woman said an assailant grabbed her crotch, held her arms, lifted her up and via IFTTT
