Breakfast Time - Joghurt Things!
Breakfast should be easy.....Dont eat too much.... I am starting a Natural Lactose free Joghurt diet from today......I eat Joghurt all day if I must and then one meal per day with lots of water....I saw someone it worked for.............I am not fat but I really want to be very Skinny....Like Victoria Beckham,LOL. Has anyone ever thought of using quaker oats to make moin moin...... via IFTTT
