Locked Down In Darkness.....

What is going on?People are lockdowned in darkness because those in charge of distributing electricity are not doing their Jobs... Phones cannot be charged,food in Fridges are about to go bad and some say the heat is unbearable......And what is even worse,most can no longer read news Online because their phone batteries are dead...... So how do people keep abreast of the News and this via IFTTT
