Locked Down To Save Lives...

Lagos,and Abuja states have been locked down for the next two weeks....(Ogun says they will begin on Friday) Let me explain to you the layman's way what locked down means? Locked down means you stay indoors,leave the cars parked,don't go to your neighbours and do not open up if they come knocking........You only go out if it is necessary...... I don't know what arrangements each state via IFTTT
