The failure of the health care system in Nigeria has been talked about so much it has become a cliche.    From my first pregnancy, I have been a team 'private hospital' as I knew I couldn't deal with the unnecessary stress visiting a public hospital brought ;I could not deal with the curt and brusque manner of the nurses, the endless wait and the numerous donations required via IFTTT
