Cows Born In Uganda To Be Issued With Birth Certificates

The Ugandan Government has made it mandatory for farmers in the country, to get birth certificates for their cows. Vincent Ssempijja, the country’s Minister for Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries, announced this on Wednesday.
