Nigerian Lawyer Drags President Buhari To Court For Not Handing Over To VP Osinbajo

A Nigerian lawyer, Inibehe Effiong, has dragged President Muhammadu Buhari to court for failing to hand over to the vice president, Yemi Osinbajo.
