President Muhammadu Buhari has given reasons his administration can’t prosecute the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Babachir Lawal over allegation of fraud. Buhari said his administration can’t prosecute Lawal because there is no prove of fraud allegations against the former SGF.Speaking during an NTA interactive session on Wednesday, Buhari challenged via IFTTT
