Some of us are imprisoned by our cell phones but we dont even know it.... I used to be so addicted to my phones but somehow Motherhood has helped me cure/curb that addiction.....My three phones are permanently on silent and i miss all calls when they are not with me...I only use my phones when i need to and drop them if i need to get busy.....There was a time i would rather be with my via IFTTT
