The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arraigned Joel Madaki and Felix Tagwame, before Justice A.M. Anka of the Federal High Court, Yola, Adamawa State, on four counts bordering on conspiracy, misappropriation and diversion of funds.
