Former Miss Universe Chelsi Smith Succumbs To Liver Cancer

Chelsi Smith, who took the crown of Miss USA in 1995 and went on to win Miss Universe has died. Shanna Moakler, who was runner up to Smith in the 1995 Miss USA Pageant shared a tribute to the beauty queen after learning of her death, "I am heartbroken.
