Edo State Government said it has paid a total of N60, 170,000 as stipend to Libya returnees in the past ten months. The payment, it said, was made to different categories of returnees such S N20, 000 for single returnees, N25, 000 for pregnant returnees, and N10, 000 for children.It said a total of 3,883 Libya returnees were received between November 2017 and August 2018.This was via IFTTT
