Beyoncé and Jay-z gave the world a glimpse of their twins, Sir and Rumi Carter at their “On The Run” Tour, which kicked off yesterday.  The superstars commenced their "On The Run 2 stadium tour" in Cardiff yesterday, with on-screen visuals showing the couple holding their twins, Sir and Rumi Carter, while performing together on stage.   The slogan "love is universal," appeared via IFTTT
