Former Big Brother Nigeria housemates, Lilian Afegbai and Gifty Powers, and actress, Tonto Dikeh, were in the news recently. Lilian had uploaded a post on Instagram saying that she wouldn’t consider having cosmetic surgery as she was satisfied with her body.  However, Gifty took offence to the ‘sexy’ pictures that Lilian posted.
