Abductors of wife of Delta State Governor Okowa’s Aide are reportedly asking for N100m ransom. The victim, Mrs. Stella Okeme, wife of the Special Adviser to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, on labour and SERVICOM, was reportedly abducted by eight men suspected to be kidnappers around Ogbeke Square, Asaba at nightfall on Tuesday and zoomed into an unknown location.
