Yes,It looks like Somebody Lied: The Taxify driver whom Shuga actress Dorcas Fapson claimed she had arrested was spotted out and about in Ikoyi,Lagos same day she made the claim and he said Nobody arrested him..lol He says ''Let her keep lying but God is my strength and God is my witness,I thank everyone...'' via IFTTT
