Bloomberg reports that, Snap Inc., parent company of the blink-and-you'll-miss-it photo platform lost $1.3 billion in market value, with shares sinking as much as 7.2% in the wake of the tweet from new mom, Kylie Jenner.She tweeted: "Sooo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore?
