This is an example of what I want to eat versus what I will eat.... One of these is what i want to eat this Morning but cannot have because of my location.....hissss!!! Anyone having left over pounded yam and correct soup?..yummy!!! Anyway whatever you have for Breakfast this morning,the most important thing is that you a meal that contains what your body needs.
