Benue Killings: IG Of Police Vows To Apprehend Perpetrators

The Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Ibrahim Idris, has kicked against the clamour for military deployment to Benue state to tackle the recent spate of killings in the state by herdsmen, maintaining that the Nigeria Police Force is committed to apprehending and prosecuting the herdsmen who masterminded the New Year killings in Benue. President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday ordered the I-G via IFTTT
