Court Orders Forfeiture of Ikoyi Apartment Where $43.4m Was Found

A federal high court in Lagos has ordered the temporary forfeiture of Flat 7B Osborne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos, where the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) discovered $43.4 million.  Justice Saliu Saidu ordered the forfeiture of the building to the Federal Government on Thursday following an ex parte application by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.Earlier, the via IFTTT
