BBOG Leader Oby Ezekwesili, Kofi Annan And Others Appointed Democracy Ambassadors

The International Institute for Electoral Assistance (International IDEA) has appointed Oby Ezekwesili, former minister of education and Kofi Annan, ex-Secretary-general of the United Nations, as democracy ambassadors.
