Suicide As A Crime...

I just had a flash moment....Is it right to try someone for wanting to kill themselves or sending them to get help? The case of Mrs Momoh who is being tried for wanting to commit suicide is giving me headache...The lost look on that woman's face who tried to kill herself because someone duped her and then she was asked to pay 500k as bail money?I cant deal with why anyone would want to do via IFTTT
