This isnt right!!!...A Student should not have to go through this!  ''Dear Stella; I  am a Blog visitor and a final year student of the university of portharcourt, whom has been unable to pay school fees due to some financial constraints. A deadline was given for the 31st of March 2017,but I was unable to meet up with payment,hoping they'll lift the barn on the payment of school via IFTTT
