From April 3rd to April 8th, the City of Atlanta & Empower 54 invited and hosted His Excellency, Mbaka Ngobila, Governor of Mai-Ndombe in Atlanta. Empower 54 has commenced health, educational and women empowerment humanitarian activities in Mai-Ndombe Province in Democratic Republic of Congo.To support Empower 54's humanitarian efforts in Mai-Ndombe Province, the City of Atlanta invited via IFTTT
