Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's custody agreement has been approved by a judge. Court documents obtained by ET reveal that the estranged couple's legal agreement was approved on Dec. 2, and grants Jolie physical custody of their six children -- Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8.
