The fallout of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries cancellation continues as Akemokue Lukman, a party chieftain from Edo;penned a very hilarious letter announcing his resignation from the party.   The letter, dated June 16,was addressed to the Chairman of Ward 7; Etsako East Chapter of the APC in Edo State and says ''Are you aware that Obaseki and Shaibu have resigned from APC via IFTTT
