NNPC Sacks Over 100 Contract Staff

The Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation (NNPC) has laid off over a 100 contract workers in a bid to rehabilitate its refineries. According to reports on The Punch, NNPC disengaged the services of these workers who were employed on contract basis by five contracting agencies.
