Is there any food you love to eat so much but notice a certain reaction after you must have consumed it? It's been over five years since I ate red meat and even the eggs I manage to eat, I ensure the yolk is extracted before preparing and I don't fry or scramble my eggs because it'll be difficult to separate the yolk.
