According to a viral video, a frustrated PHCN customer and aggrieved father who lost his son due to their negligence was seen lamenting about them not giving residents electricity and still taking away their electrical wire after cutting them off from power supply.  He was seen asking the female PHCN official to release his wire and when she refused, he stripped naked and she via IFTTT
