ICPC Declares Former SPIP Chairman Okoi Oono-Obla Wanted

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has declared former Chairman of the Special Investigation Panel for the Recovery of Public Property (SPIP), Mr. Okoi Obono-Obla, wanted.
