What an ''it is what it is'' kinda day!!!! COMMENT SECTIONMy ex is having his engagement right now and I’m shattered. My heart is so broken. Oh God please help me.  I cut off everyone that knows us just to help me forget and move on but every time I make some progress, I see him in my dreams or something stupid happens.  Oh God the heart fixer and Mind regulator, I need you.
