Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State has pledged to empower widows in the state, saying this vulnerable group would not be left behind in the provision of the dividend of democracy. Speaking at this year’s International Widows’ Day, with the theme “Renewed Hope for Widows”, held in Abeokuta, Abiodun said his administration would not leave out any group in the state, irrespective of gender via IFTTT
