Nigerian Curator Enwezor Okwui Succumbs To Complications Of Cancer

Okwui Enwezor, a renowned art curator, poet, and educator, has died after a battle with cancer. The Haus Der Kunst, a Germany-based non-collecting modern and contemporary art museum where he was artistic director from 2011 to 2018, confirmed his death on Friday.Enwezor had stepped down as director of the Haus der Kunst in June, citing health reasons.Two months later, in an interview with the via IFTTT
