President Buhari Swears In Eight Permanent Secretaries

President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday swore in eight new permanent secretaries at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The short ceremony took place at the Council Chamber before the commencement of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.
