The African Action Congress, AAC, candidate, Ikeja Constituency, for the House of Representatives, Ade-Adedeji Adeyera, has promised to set up a Sovereign Wealth Account, SWA, to take care of some basic needs of the people of his constituency. He made this promise while speaking in an interview yesterday.According to him, 90 per cent of the constitutionally accruable earnings via IFTTT
