According to Rapid Response on Twitter...''Meet Chinedu, the leader of a 5 man robbery gang that specialize in robbing commuters using a tricycle around Alausa/Berger axis. He robbed a lady last week and stole her phone,jewelery and money. He was tracked and arrested. CP Lagos has ordered his transfer to SARS 4 investigation..'' via IFTTT
