Police have arrested a Washington mom after she allegedly shot and killed her daughter while the girl dialed 911 for help. Svetlana Laurel, 52, was booked on murder charges in Renton, Washington, a suburb just south of Seattle, after she allegedly shot her 14-year-old daughter in the head, according to police.Laurel's daughter was on the phone with a 911 operator around 8:30 p.m. via IFTTT
